Big Talk

For Friday's Big Talk session I would like you to watch and listen to the song below.
Listen really carefully to hear what Louis Armstrong sings.

On Friday we will be drawing what we hear and will create a piece of art inspired by these words.

Black History Month

Like the rest of school, FS2 are joining in with activities linked to Black History Month.
We started on Monday by reading a lovely story called The Colors of Us. You can watch and listen to it below.



Lena was surprised to hear there were lots of different shades of  brown and wanted to make paintings of all her friends.

We have been using the colours; red, black, white and yellow to make different shades of brown and have tried to make the colour to match our own skin.
